Classes We Offer

We are sure you'll find the right class for you. We have many different styles to choose from. 


(High Intensity Interval Training)

This all-in-one workout intense interval training with static yoga postures. This class is designed to fatigue your muscles quickly to build strength efficiently and effectively. While these classes are challenging, they’re also accessible if you’re new to strength or weight training. Each class will focus on form and technique, and you can take it at your own pace by modifying or advancing your moves.

Resistance training workout targeted to shape your entire body. Bands and weights are utilized during intervals to challenge the body through all planes of motion. Get a fiery, full-body workout without the added pressure on your joints.


Strength is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This workout uses heavier weights with slower movement, and bodyweight exercises with plenty of stretching included!

Cardio H.I.I.T

This class is for all levels who want to build a robust strength routine, as well as seasoned athletes who want to support their practice with foundational movement. This style of interval training brings everything from the primal movement wheel into play, from athletic cardio and strength to core work and mobility. 

In this class, you will:

  1. Build a foundational strength practice that you can adapt to your level

  2. Boost your energy, reduce your stress, and keep your mind sharp

  3. Feel strong, confident, and uplifted after every workout

Ashtanga Yoga

dynamic practice that synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Traditional Hot Yoga
26 Postures

Based on the classic sequence from the Bishnu Ghosh tradition, this class will take you through 26 yoga poses and two breathing exercises to strengthen and tone your body, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling rejuvenated. While the original sequence repeats each pose twice, this shortened version will work through some of the poses once and other poses twice.

Active Flex Flow

Flexibility conditioning is a combination of active and passive flexibility. You’ll take a deep dive into accessing your end range of motion while also building the foundational strength to safely and efficiently bend without breaking. Your range of flexibility increases while building and maintaining stability and strength in your maximum range to keep your joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles safe. These exercises work surprisingly fast with consistent classes.

Ab & Booty Sculpt

This is not a HIIT class; this class will kick your booty into gear focusing on glute activation with slow controlled reps + yoga. If you have ever dreamed of having a full, round, and uplifted backside, this is the class for you!

Yin Yoga

relieve pain, tightness and stress through longer holds in simple poses that heal your joints and bring vital fluid to your connective tissue. The soothing music, soft lighting, and use of yoga props give you a chance to close your eyes and journey inward. Yin yoga allows your muscles to relax, using gravity and time to open and heal your body.

Kids Yoga
