Classes We Offer
We are sure you'll find the right class for you.
We have many different styles to choose from.
Everything lives in the app — schedule, booking, and your spot in class.

Hot Pilates
A low-impact, heat-based Pilates class focused on core strength, stability, and controlled movement. We use slow, intentional reps to strengthen deep core muscles, support posture, and create long, lean muscle tone.
Expect a steady pace, focused sequencing, and full-body engagement without unnecessary strain. This is core work that carries into everything.

Functional Strength
This class focuses on foundational lifts, proper mechanics, and long-term joint health. We train for real life — posture, stability, and a body that moves well and stays strong. Expect a calm, focused environment with guidance on form and progression.
Strong, capable, and built to last.

Heated Sculpt
A controlled, low-impact sculpt class designed to build strength without stress. We focus on glutes, core, and full-body toning using slow, intentional movement. Expect pulses, holds, and time under tension — not chaos.
The heat supports circulation, mobility, and a deeper mind-body connection. This is where strength becomes shape.

Traditional 26 + 2
A structured, set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. This class is consistent and repeatable, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen mental focus over time.
Each posture is designed to support the next, creating a balanced, full-body practice. Grounded, disciplined, and deeply effective.

Vinyasa
A steady, breath-led flow that builds strength, coordination, and control. Transitions are intentional, not rushed — designed to support both mobility and stability.
This is yoga for a strong, capable body.

Mobility / Yoga
A slower, grounding class focused on mobility, flexibility, and nervous system reset. We combine breath, controlled movement, and longer holds to release tension and improve range of motion.
This supports recovery, posture, and overall performance. You should leave feeling better than when you walked in.
