Studio Policies

Please Pre-registration required on our APP True Moon Yoga & Fitness

Payment Options

If you would like to switch your account to your bank account payments rather than your credit card payments to avoid processing fees, you can leave a voided check at the front desk with any teacher. 

For all credit card payments the fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and for Bank Account payments it is a flat $1.00 service fee rate.. We do want to make clear that our business does not receive any of the monies generated from these Service Fees. It is also important to note that Service Fees are not charged to cash, gift card, or account balance payment types.

 

Roll-Over Program

We can roll over unused classes on any 10 or 20-class pass whenever you purchase a new 10 or 20-class pass. Just email truemoonyoga@gmail.com as soon as you buy your new 10-class pass, and then we will roll over the unused classes from your last class pass to your new 10 or 20-class pass. Thereafter, the expiration date for all your classes on the 10-class pass will be whatever the expiration date is on your newest 10-class pass. Not sure how many classes are expired on your account? Reserve your Spot

RESERVE your spot from our website online schedule or our Mobile App. Some classes may fill faster than others, so it is best to sign up online to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you should do so at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before that class begins. Please refer to our cancellation and no-show policies for further information (below).

MATS can be rented for $2.00 each​

TOWELS can be rented for $2.00 each

 

Late Cancel / Class Sizes

Please register a day in advance, if at all possible. Registering in advance helps to ensure not only your space in the class, but also helps to ensure the class will remain on the schedule. Pre-registration is required for all classes due to limited class sizes.  We require 2-hour notice to cancel in-studio class reservations; in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  You can cancel your class online or from our app up to 2 hours before your scheduled class to avoid being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.

 

Roll-Over Program Refund/Freeze/Cancellation Policies

All membership request must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the requested cancellation to follow for processing. Please visit our website fill out the appropriate form for your membership needs. We do not take cancellations/freezes through text. 

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds of any sort, for any reason, at any time. This policy is firm. You can view more details about our Policies here: https://www.truemoonyoga.com/policies

 

Lost & Found

We have a lost & found cubby in our lobby

Membership Freeze

You may request one 14 consecutive day complimentary freeze once per calendar year.

 

A member of our team will be in touch within 3 days with next steps. Please be on the lookout for an email from truemoonyoga@gmail.com

If you are a student requesting a paid holiday freeze or you require a longer freeze for medical reasons/injury, please include these details in the “additional information” section of the form.

Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting an extended freeze outside our standard policies.

Membership Cancellation

Your membership cancellation request must be submitted 7 days notice from your next billing cycle.

Our Client Experience team will follow-up within 3 days to finalize your membership cancellation.

Please note that you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation if requesting to terminate your membership outside our standard policies.
