Studio Policies

True Moon will continue to follow both Maryland state law and CDC guidelines in order to maintain the best possible health and safety practices. We currently offer outdoor, online, and indoor classes. 

Studio Policies:

1. Pre-registration required on our APP True Moon Yoga

2. Doors open 10 mins prior to class and close 10 mins post-class 

3. ALL membership requests must be submitted via email ( truemoonyoga@gmail.comat least 7 days prior to the requested cancel/freeze/hold date to allow for processing.

RESERVE your spot from our website online schedule or our Mobile App. Some classes may fill faster than others, so it is best to sign up online to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you should do so at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before that class begins. Please refer to our cancellation and no-show policies for further information (below).

MATS can be rented for $2.00 each​

TOWELS can be rented for $2.00 each

Late Cancel

We have a policy of 2 minimum reservations online in order for the class to happen.  If less than 2 people are registered 60 mins before class, the class will be cancelled. If you are registered & class is cancelled, you will receive a notification by email or APP notification at least 60 minutes before class. Please register a day in advance, if at all possible. Registering in advance helps to ensure not only your space in the class, but also helps to ensure the class will remain on the schedule. 

Pre-registration is required for all classes due to limited class sizes.  We require 2-hour notice to cancel in-studio class reservations; in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  You can cancel your class online or from our app up to 2 hours before your scheduled class to avoid being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.

Payment Options

If you would like to switch your account to your bank account payments rather than your credit card payments to avoid processing fees, you can leave a voided check at the front desk with any teacher. 


(For all credit card payments the fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and for Bank Account payments it is a flat $1.00 service fee rate.)


We do want to make clear that our business does not receive any of the monies generated from these Service Fees. It is also important to note that Service Fees are not charged to cash, gift card, or account balance payment types.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds of any sort, for any reason, at any time. This policy is firm.

 Studio Emails @ are returned 9am-5pm. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

All request must be submitted at least seven days prior to the requested cancellation for freeze date to follow for processing.
