Studio Policies

Please Pre-registration required on our APP True Moon Yoga & Fitness

Doors open 10-15 mins prior to class and close 10-15 mins post-class 

ALL membership requests must be submitted via email ( truemoonyoga@gmail.comat least 7 days prior to the requested cancel/freeze/hold date to allow for processing.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds of any sort, for any reason, at any time. This policy is firm.

Roll-Over Program

We can roll over unused classes on any 10 or 20-class pass whenever you purchase a new 10 or 20-class pass. Just email as soon as you buy your new 10-class pass, and then we will roll over the unused classes from your last class pass to your new 10 or 20-class pass. Thereafter, the expiration date for all your classes on the 10-class pass will be whatever the expiration date is on your newest 10-class pass.

RESERVE your spot from our website online schedule or our Mobile App. Some classes may fill faster than others, so it is best to sign up online to secure your spot. If you need to cancel, you should do so at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before that class begins. Please refer to our cancellation and no-show policies for further information (below).

MATS can be rented for $2.00 each​

TOWELS can be rented for $2.00 each

Pre-registration is required for all classes. We require 2-hour notice to cancel in-studio class reservations; in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $10 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.  You can cancel your class from our app up to 2 hours before your scheduled class to avoid being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.

Payment Options

If you would like to switch your account to your bank account payments rather than your credit card payments to avoid processing fees, you can leave a voided check at the front desk with any teacher. 


(For all credit card payments the fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and for Bank Account payments it is a flat $1.00 service fee rate.)


We do want to make clear that our business does not receive any of the monies generated from these Service Fees. It is also important to note that Service Fees are not charged to cash, gift card, or account balance payment types.

 Studio Emails @ are returned 9am-5pm. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

All request must be submitted at least seven days prior to the requested cancellation for freeze date to follow for processing.
